Donate to Elect Esrati 2026

I will be giving all donors the option to retain the privacy of their donation until the FEC requires donor registration and accurate reporting by all candidates. Listing WinRed or ActBlue as a donor is unacceptable. Up to $199.99 is a legal option, over that if requested I will list it as “ElectionsNotAuctions.com” on the donation reporting. I am using the same legal reasoning that Department of Justice has used to keep private their investigation of corruption in Dayton Ohio. Go to ElectionsNotAuctions.com to read the reasoning.

Checks are always preferred so that I don’t fund the big banks with credit card fees. It’s better to donate off this site than using ActBlue which charges too much, and allows other candidates to hide their donors. If you insist on using ActBlue here’s my donation page.

Donation limits: $3,500 per election (once pre-primary and once pre-general)

Anyone sending a check for more than $100 should tell us what size T-shirt they wear- and we’ll mail them an “Elections Not Auctions” shirt- or a “Defund Politicians” shirt- of their choice.

The Elect Esrati Campaign will not accept donations from corporate PACs. We will accept donations from issues-based PACs.

Thank you for reaching my donation page.

Please consider donating on a recurring schedule, to help me show a base of support.

If you want to claim your right to donate privately using Glomar or Privacy rules that the Government has used to deny my FOIA requests about the Whaley investigation- make sure you check the privacy box.

This is a matched pair- #26 of 300 total with certificates of authenticity. only 1 set available. Projection is the process of attributing one’s own unacceptable urges to another. For example, if someone continuously bullies and ridicules a peer, the bully might be projecting their own tendencies onto the other person. MAGA and ICE supporters will undoubtedly clutch their pearls that these posters would dare label ICE with such inflammatory language, yet these words are the exact words the Trump administration has used to lie to the public, vilify immigrants, and vilify protesters who stand up against ICE’s pervasive brutality. If law enforcement want respect then they need to show respect to the public they serve and who pay their salaries. These prints serve as a mirror to those committing the dehumanizing attacks on immigrants and protesters and for ICE and the Trump administration to experience their own rhetoric thrown back at them. These prints are a mirror, not a solution. The solution is to treat all people with dignity and as equally human. A portion of the proceeds from these prints will benefit @chirla_org, The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights. -Shepard PRINT DETAILS: Projection Mirror: Paid Agitator or Projection Mirror: Domestic Terrorist. 24” H x 18” W. Comes with a Digital Certificate of Authenticity provided by Verisart. Includes free framing from Custom Frame Services About In the early ’90s, I fell in love with ’60s psychedelic posters from artists like San Francisco’s Victor Moscoso, Stanley Mouse, Alton Kelley, and Rick Griffin, as well as LA’s John Van Hamersveld. I was especially drawn to the op-art patterns and color theory used in psychedelic art. I had been making black and white Andre stickers for a couple of years, and I decided it was time to branch out with some playful backgrounds and color theory, so I began experimenting with op-art patterns and intense vibrating colors. Part of the fun was the journey of improving at color theory, and the other part was seeing the polarizing reactions to the psychedelic Andre stickers. Some people thought they were annoying, even nauseating, while others found them exhilarating. Considering my prior punk-rock-minimalism, some people saw the color and style as a betrayal! Coincidentally, in 1992, as I was releasing these psychedelic Andre stickers into the world, the techno rave scene was gaining steam. The rave scene used a mix of early digital and psychedelic aesthetics, which led to an enthusiastic audience for the stickers and t-shirts of my op-art variations. I was torn because I was not really a fan of techno music, but I was broke, and selling t-shirts to ravers was helping to keep me alive. I’m also fascinated by how underground scenes develop. However, as rave became extremely trendy, I decided that despite the fact that it would be bad for my cash flow, I needed to separate my art from the rave scene. Thirty years have passed, and I’ve gotten over my distaste for an association with rave to the point that I felt like exploring psychedelic patterns and colors again. These Op-Art Icon prints are nostalgic in some ways and of-the-moment in others. They relate to my early ’90s explorations but push a lot further with the way the colors weave through the Icon Face image and have the effect of subtle translucency through the spray paint texture. I always have fun finding new ways to use some of my staple images, like the Icon Face, because repetition with evolution is an important principle for the Obey Giant campaign.

PRINT DETAILS: It Can’t Happen Here. 24H x 18W inches. Screen print on 80# cream Speckletone paper. Signed by Shepard Fairey. Numbered edition of 550. This is number 26. Comes with a Digital Certificate of Authenticity provided by Verisart. Print framed by Custom Frame Services. This is sold out. About The Statue of Liberty was gifted to the United States by France and unveiled in 1886 to celebrate the two nations’ shared commitment to liberty and democracy. The Statue of Liberty features broken shackles by her feet to symbolize freedom and an end to slavery. Positioned near Ellis Island, it also became a powerful symbol of hope and welcome for millions of immigrants arriving in America. Under the current administration, all of those values are being undermined and the will of the people is being ignored by a president who wants to be a dictator or king. In this print the use of the phrase “It Can’t Happen Here” is a reference to Sinclair Lewis’s 1935 novel of the same name, which follows an American politician’s embrace of fascism and ascent to becoming the country’s first dictator. Let’s take the fascist threat seriously and make sure it actually can’t happen here because the way things are going many of the safeguards against fascism and dictatorship are being dismantled. Free speech, the right to assemble, the right to due process under the law are under assault. Liberty is shackled and we need to do everything we can to reverse that.

Comes with a Digital Certificate of Authenticity provided by Verisart. It is sold out. It was a benefit for Green Peace. Photos don't do this print justice- the color- the texture is amazing. Happy Earth Day everyone! But then again, every day should be Earth Day since we live here every day! This “Bliss at the Cliff’s Edge” image is my modern take on the 19th-century romantic landscape featuring sunbathers enjoying the dramatic oceanside setting. The Industrial Revolution and the discovery of oil as a fuel source created convenient advances that left more leisure time for the public to enjoy. At the time, these advances seemed to have no downside but we now have an overwhelming scientific consensus that the pollution and carbon emissions from oil and gas are dramatically harming and heating the planet and contributing to more extreme weather. We are at the cliff’s edge when it comes to preventing the most catastrophic damage to the planet. The technology exists, the only thing missing is the will of the people to put the future of the planet and the lives of our kids before convenience and profit.

When I filed a FOIA request asking the DOJ about an investigation into former Dayton Mayor Nan Whaley for crimes allegedly committed in office, I received a GloMar response—a refusal to confirm or deny, in the name of 'privacy.' Apparently, federal protections extend to corrupt politicians, but not to you. So if you're afraid to donate to me because Congressman Mike Turner might retaliate—you're right to be cautious. But isn't that the problem we're trying to solve? Until the same standards of privacy and disclosure apply to both citizens and the politicians who claim to represent them, I’ll fight for your right to support change without fear. I collect the required donor info—but I won't publish it until the FEC enforces the same rules for everyone, and the DOJ stops hiding corruption behind redacted files and legal gymnastics
