I know that I'm not perceived to be the candidate that can beat Mike Turner- but, the party has NEVER run a candidate with as much experience running for office- or helping others win.
Precise IP targeted video ads to set top boxes, targeted direct mail, well positioned outdoor, a barrage of social posts to share, videos galore, and someone who's known Mike Turner from the start- and can get under his skin is what you have.
I believe I can come really close for half a million dollars- more than that, and I can probably beat him. Desiree wasted $2M and couldn't make a dent. I'll give you a preview of what Mike has coming- but this isn't public yet so please don't share:

Provide all D candidates with a way to reach all the dems on your party email blasts- which should be weekly- with updates on canvassing, fundraisers, events. Ideally- have appended voter data available to all candidates- be it GPS coordinates, emails, phone numbers, or psychographics. No need for candidates to buy this over and over. In fact- the party should have a fully integrated canvassing app- with data- for all candidates to use- so we constantly update data on voters we’ve talked to. The choice of software is up to you- but- ideally – the party owns their own data- and has people trained in helping candidates set their volunteers up. Have a list of all sign locations on major roads in your County. Doris Adams was great at this in Greene.
Provide shared slate materials to all canvassers. Ask that all precinct captains canvas- and set dates- at least as coordinators for candidates canvassers. Start working on shared mailing campaign leading up to Nov 8. Have a list of all D candidates and links to their websites on the your website. Ask the State party to list all D’s running for National, State and Local elections. Ask the State party to support their candidates with data as well- including donor data. Have a list of all endorsement committees- procedures- for all Dem leaning organizations in the region- be it teachers unions to labor, PACs to retired candidates to celebs.
Provide key issue updates to all candidates- including social posts- that lead to data collection opportunities for the party. If you don’t have the analytics available on your site, we should talk. It’s not just Google analytics- there are marketing automation packages that can help with this- plus social monitoring, plus retargeting, plus email sends, etc. Help organize fundraisers/meet the candidates nights. Make sure they are livestreamed and well promoted. If you can provide a space with internet- I can bring cameras and a switcher and do the livestream- $500 if I'm not one of the candidates- free if I am one.
Provide opposition research on Republican incumbents/challengers- your membership base is a great resource for digging in and finding it- if you have the network set up. I’m sending this to you- and the other party chairs, using an open source CRM- that does some of the things that you need.
