Streamline Community Involvement

The Priority Board system is almost defunct. Thanks to it being based on political precincts as well as lines drawn on a map when Dayton had an extra 100,000 people, its run its course. It’s time to focus on building neighborhood associations and creating direct connections between the neighborhood presidents and the City Manager, eliminating the extra layer of bureaucracy between the people and the power.
